Our best selling beer is an ultra premium craft lager which lives up to its name. Clear golden colour with big flavours of a real ale delivered in the freshness of a smooth tasting Dormtmunder/Helles style lager. Imagine a hay barn in the summer when it hasn't rained for a while and you can almost taste the dryness in the air. With a malty biscuity character. Restrained citrus notes in the background with a light bittersweet finish.
Contains no additives or preservatives only four different hops, malted barley (from our own malthouse), yeast and water.
"God Lager" means good lager in Swedish and that is exactly what you get with this devine un-pasteurised beer.

2009-06-19 , botttle, Karlskoga (Midsummer eve) Ganska OK! Men kanske inte så taktiskt rätt att göra en avsmakning efter Ardbeg Supernova! Long after bitterness!

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Golden color. Soft grassy aroma. Malty hay-like hopbitter flavor. Almost vinous aftertaste with an earthy and hay-like bitterness. Just a touch of smoke in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours golden orange with lots of bubbles and a big white head. Grass and malts in the aroma. Malty, a little sourness and a light hoppy finnish. I would have preferde a bitt more bitterness.

Golden beer with small white head. Aroma is typically lager, still quite fresh, grass, some hops and small hint of parfym. Flavour is quite malty and sweet with medium hoppiness. Balanced to drink. Good, balanced lager, but I was expected something more based on other reviews.

Bottle from Waitrose Staines. Golden coloured beer. Slightly fruity, hoppy, watery. This beer is bloody dreadful! Nils Oscar can produce some excellent beers but this is certainly not one of them. I couldn’t even finish this beer, what a waste of water.
