On tap at Garrison Brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Light cracker malts and straw on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts, some dry grass, straw. Drinkable.

A 20 oz draft pour at the Wheelhouse, Digby. This seems to be marketed as a pale ale these days and at a ABV of 5.0. It seemed to be served to cold as it has what looked like ice bubbles floating that diminishes slowly. Still it was a decent fruity ale.

Pours a clear light amber. Lightly toasted caramel malt aroma. The flavor is of sweet caramel malt with mild grassy hop bitterness. Easy drinking. Alright.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, fruits and has a nice bitter grassy finish.

Perfect pour and foamy head that lasts, good clear red body. Vague cracker aroma but really needs more of anything on the nose. Flavour is a lot of crisp cracker and medium on the mouth. Serviceable but again little to write home about here.

Pours a nice golden amber from a bottle. Aroma and flavor are rather bland but inoffensive, just kind of a sweet golden syrup. Okay beer.

On tap at the Waterfront Warehouse, Halifax NS. A golden pour with a trace of white head; sweet grainy taste, with a some apple; and a dry crisp, lightly hopped finish. A pleasant start to my NS trip.
