Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark brown color with a medium sized creamy tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty, woody and had a bit of coffee. The flavor was bitterish and dry with roasty malts, wood and a hint of nut. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.
