50 cL bottle. Pours maghoni brown with huge brown and creamy head. Aroma is malt and elements of caramel. Taste has malt and caramel followed by a dry bitterness that lasts quite a while. Good and simple.

It pours a dark brown color, with amber shades, and a generous creamy head. Malty and meaty aroma, bread too. Medium mouthfeel, with a caramel flavor, some English yeast, maybe spices (and so far it’s ok), but some vegetables too, spoiling a bit the final too. Something is wrong...

Dark amber color. Aroma of caramel and cough syrup. Medium body, with dry caramel taste, some malt, very light smoked. The final has a good caramel footprint. Pleasant, but nothing special.

Bottled. Clear, brown with a beige head. Hops and malt in the aroma, and some wood-notes as well. Malty sweetness in the flavor, as well as some fruity notes. A bit too thin I think. Nice, but not a rave. (061013)
