On tap at "Carlsens skvatter", Odense: Unclear dark black with creamy white head. Aroma and taste of roasted malts - swetness. Little chocolate. Medium Ok filling body. Some bread/butter notes. Finish is allround pleasant with an easy bitterness! OK

Sort sol: On tap at Carlsens Kvarter(Odense). Black Schwarzbier with little white head. A little creamy with a very silky smooth feel when it first enters the mouth. However the body is kind of light. The finish is rather funny and tasts a bit like butter. Low carbonation. Only OK!

(Bottle 66 cl) Pours a clear, dark mahogany with reddish hues. Lovely beige head. The aroma is pure roasted malt. Medium body with burned, malty accents. The finish is discreet and mellow only with a light bitterness from the dark malts. Unfortunately this is a bit overcarbonated. 130806
