Draught @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Pours hazy copper brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of malt, hops and dried fruit, with notes of yeast. Vinous flavour, with fruity and malty notes, and estery touches. Lively carbonation. Vinous finish. Is this supposed to be this way??

Bottled (backlog, bought during my cartrip to Jylland). Nutbrown colour with some amber hints, mediumsized creamy off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some leathery notes along with mild toasted things. Flavour has a similar base, but also there’s some ripe fruits, mild toffee, toasted nuts and a bit resiny notes. Alcohol is well hidden.

Medium yellowish beige head. Clear deep dark red body. Wild berry and earth aroma with blackberry juice notes. Dry-acidic barnyard and wild berry taste with wooden smoky notes. Thin body. Sharp, biting mouthfeel. Dry wooden wild berry aftertaste with lemony metallic barnyard notes. Obviously infected, but a fairly nice bug. (0.5l bottle, Salling, Århus. Should rerate.)
