Big offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body with light carbonation. Spicy herbal straw aroma with rubbery notes. Sweetish spicy herbal earthy taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet spicy fruity herbal aftertaste with oily strawy notes. Quite a good pilsner. Much better than the industrials. (0.5l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. (my first one from Skagen Bryghus) Hazy golden with a white head. Grass, some notes of butter, malt and citrus. The taste was a bit tart. Fairly refreshing and easy to drink.

50cl bottle. Pours clear golden with a white head. Mild hoppy aroma with malt and hints of fruits. Moderate sweet with a quite nice bitterness. Decent pilser, far better than the usual industrial pilsner. Nice, refreshing and easy drinkable.
