27/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours clear gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple pie, wood and vanilla, with light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, a bit watery, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Quite enjoyable.

75cl bottle from Scrattings. Gold with a light mist. Aroma of rich natural apple fruit. Nice natural farmhouse cider with good rich fruit, medium to light bodied with gentle oily textures on the palate. Tart moderate sweetness, drinks very well. Great cider.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, no head and aroma of oil, funk, apple. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy, with oily, leathery funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

tap at Bridge Farm. Golden, good apple nose with a tart character. The tartness is definitely there, ghood good apple flavours, but I prefer their medium cider.

Cask@GBBF2011. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apples, yeast, wood, herbs and some slight spicy and alcoholic notes. Flavour is apples, yeast, wood and some herbal notes. Mild toffeeish notes in the aftertaste as well.

Cask at GBBF. Clear golden color. Aroma of leather and fruit. Taste has lots of tannin. OK.

Barrel at GBBF 2007. A hazy light golden cider with no head. The aroma is acidic apply - quite nice. The flavor is acidic apply with a dry finish.

Pale green/gold, Apple, spicy alcohol aroma. Sweetish apple juice in mouth. 6-3-6-3-13 From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket, barnyard, leather light smoke. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, dry, light smoke - blue smoke, celery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
