27/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours clear gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple pie, wood and vanilla, with light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, a bit watery, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Quite enjoyable.

75cl bottle from Scrattings. Gold with a light mist. Aroma of rich natural apple fruit. Nice natural farmhouse cider with good rich fruit, medium to light bodied with gentle oily textures on the palate. Tart moderate sweetness, drinks very well. Great cider.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, no head and aroma of oil, funk, apple. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy, with oily, leathery funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

tap at Bridge Farm. Golden, good apple nose with a tart character. The tartness is definitely there, ghood good apple flavours, but I prefer their medium cider.
