Forårsbryg 7 % alc. is a tribute to the sun and the emerging spring. The bright floral and fruity beer is bursting with glorious German aroma hops. The Hops named ‘Perle’ are used both as the base hops and “late kettle hops”. The beer is fermented warm to further cultivate the fruity notes.

Serve it at 6 to 8 degrees in large goblets. Enjoy it as it is in a sunny corner with spring’s first sun. Spring Brew is excellent accompanying the Easter table, with fish and light meat dishes.

Bottled. Pale golden with a small white head and no carbonation. Weak aroma with malt and hops. Some milky sourness and juniper-notes. The flavor has a sweetness and hoppiness, but it takes more than one sip to adjust to it. A bitter finish. Suitable music: Cream’s Strange Brew. (060430)

Golden with a good white head. Metallic malt aroma with a hint of hops. Sweet malt flavour, again with a hint of hops - American hops? The idea is interesting, but the execution doesn’t quite succeed.

Bottle. Nice creamy head, and that’s about all the positive there is to say about this "doppelbock". This was better to compare with a regular pale lager.

Bottle. Frothy white mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Not as bad medicinearoma as other aarhus bryghus, but it is still there. Heavy acetic flavor and sour finish. Very watery regarding ABV. Soft carbonated.

(Bottle 60 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, creamy, white head. Fresh, lightly floral nose. Full-bodied with plenty of pale malts and a high degree of sweetness - perhaps a bit too high. Very fruity - perhaps even floral - accents from some rather lovely aroma hops. The brewer calls this a "Pale Doppeltbock". Quite interesting. 160306

Pale blond color. Quite nice aroma of hop and cereals. Sweetish cereals flavor. Maybe not exciting, but peasant.

Pale blond color. The aroma is vegetable, flowery, maybe fruity. The taste as well is original, with good body strength, sweet enough; warming. Strange, but not bad.
