Bottle, on sale at Netto. Clear, nearly black with light beige head. Roast and coffee aroma, alcohol later on. Similar flavour, sweet with dark sugar and mint. Was afraid the mint would dominate, but all in all bitterness, sweetness and mint balance each other nicely.

75cl bottle from Føtex, Fredrikshavn. Pour clear dark brown, looks like Coke, with a somewhat modest off-white head. Rather mild roasty aroma with dark chocolate, just hints of mint, coffee and some caramel and dark fruits. Medium sweet with moderate flavour intensity and a rather light bitterness. Feels a bit light and mild in flavour, not the best mint stout I’ve tried, but fair enough.

4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, mid session queue rate thanks to Borup, 01/05/2015. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is roast malt, earthy, toffee, light menthol, cocoa rub. Taste comprises light spice, dark malt, cocoa, touch of mint. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok, isn’t OTT on the mint which could have killed it.
