Medium head with medium duration. Color is close to black. Aroma and taste are coffee, chocolate and mint. A bit watery finish.

Black with a light brown head. Odd, and un-beer-like mint aroma with some dark malt too. Clean initial flavour with some coffee bitterness, but an awful lingering mint aftertaste.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a very dark orangey brown with a beige head. Rather discreet aroma of hard roasted malts and coffee. Full, solid body with rich accents of hard roasted malt - edging being burned. Wellbalanced - never any ashy edges. Distinct coffee notes while the mint really shines through in the finish. I believe this is a bit underrated. 280706

Bottled. Black, with a small tan head. Aroma is quite unique, with coffee, soil, mint, mushrooms, roastiness and spices. Flavor is not as interesting, but still good, with coffee, mint and roasted malt. Full, sweet body and a finish with some alcohol and roasted malt. This beer should be enjoyed with food or snacks, the flavor is a bit boring if not. (060704)
