Aus der Flasche 2015-08 getrunken. Ein bitterer Durstlöscher - nicht mehr und nicht weniger! Mir deutlich zu wenig Frucht um als IPA interessant zu sein. Langweilig!

A lightly hazed copper amber ipa with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with piney floral hops, surranated, light oxidation, treacle, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light plums, licorice, floral hops, resinous, light oxidation and musty character, still solid. Bottle from Bièropholie imports, 5 years old.

500 ml bottle, from Fakta, Denmark. ABV is 5.0%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. Huge and long lasting white (or slightly off-white) head. Strong aroma of Cascade hops, fruity notes of citrus, a hint of elderflowers. Also some woody and peppery notes. Well hopped flavour too, with a solid bitterness. Again spicy / peppery and woody notes, also grapefruit. A decent IPA, despite the fairly moderate ABV.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber colour with a huge, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pines, grape, resin, orange peel and caramel malts. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with fruits and caramel malts. Nice, straightforward IPA.

Bottle from Brugsen, Copenhagen - medium hazy amber coloured pour with medium white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty aroma and taste, some light caramel, lemon, mandarin, straw, some grassy and floral nuances, better than expected.
