Smak och doft av humle, vete, apelsin, citrus, banan, jäst och koriander. Fruktig och frisk med lagom kolsyra och lätt beska. Aningen för söt och banansmaken tar över.

Pale yellow, one finger creamy head. Beautiful lacing Smells very yeasty and bready. Lots of wheat. Sweet and floral. Wheat and fresh cut grass. Bready throughout. Very nice though. This is sort of awesome to drink

Tap at Nørrebro. It pours cloudy straw yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is medicinal, herbal, wheat, lemon pith, grapefruit, leek and urine. The taste is mostly soft sweet fruit: lemon, pear, melon, red apple, grape and dust with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and smooth mouth-feel. Definitely a below average Witbier.

Draught @ The Brewpub as "Stuykman Wit"
Very murky. Aroma is light with citron, hints of hay and yeast. Also some sweet fruit candy. Flavour is light and rather short with some citron and hints of orange peel. Watery and confusing.

Bottle @ home. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, fruit, banana and lemon, coriands. Taste is nicely balanced between sweet- and tartness with wheat, yeast, light spicy, fruit - citrus is more notable here than in aroma. Thin body, lively carbonation. 300412

40 cl. bottle in to a weizen glass. Hazy, light golden-yellow with a small, white head that fades to a thin cap. Aroma is light tart, citrus, and Belgian wheat yeasts. Light sweet taste with a tart note. Light to medium body with a thin texture. Soft carbonated with a short finish with orange peel, coriander and cloves. Nice thirst quencher.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a medium white head. A lot of fruity yeast in the aroma, in addition of banana and some spices, coriander. The flavours reflects much of the aroma but feels pretty sweet with some citrus. A slick mouth feel with a light bitterness. Overall a fresh beer and a proper wit.

400ml bottle, CO2 Neutral edition, picked up at Vinmonopolet Vika. Noisy pour revealing a cloudy yellow body under a white, dissipating head. Aroma of coriander, banana and wheat. The taste profile is very much dominated by banana sweetness with low level notes of yeasty fruitiness. Refreshing sweet-dry ending. A bit too sweet (hotel room, Oslo 28.02.2012).
