Bottle. Clear deep amber with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, little yeast, ,little fruit and bread. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, medium bitter, dry, little caramel and bread.

Würziger, etwas kräuterartiger Antrunk, der durch wässrige Noten mild gehalten wird. Die Malzigkeit versucht sich nichts anhaben zu lassen und legt noch zu, ein komplettes Verdrängen der Wässrigkeit wird aber erst im hinteren Teil erreicht. Hier zudem schokoladig, die anfänglichen Kräuternoten sind hier wieder präsent. Wenig aber erkennabr herb. Der Nachgeschmack ist ziemlich kurz geraten. Ganz nett! 8/9/10/11/10/10

660ml Bottle (Thanks Christian Scheffel) - Rich amber clout. Malty and spicy aroma with hints of caramel and dried fruit. Sweet and malaty taste with hints of caramel and dried fruit. Rich and slightly warming finish.

50cl bottle. clear brown/amber woht a large offwhite a bit fluffy head. very faint aroma of roasted grains and dark fruits. i just had a sol - it’s aroma was stronger!. flavor is caramel, dark fruits, roasted grains, faint toffee bitterness. flavor is quite good, tilted to the malty sweet side, but with good flavor. alc. hardly noticeable considering 7%.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small foamy white head. Aroma is malts, rubber, hops and some barnyard. Flavour is caramel, metal, rubber, grass and some mild malts. Boring and not much Xmas over it.

Bottled (BB 09/2009). Clear amber color, small white head. Rubbery, grassy aroma. Metallic licorice flavor, some grassy hops. Quite dead beer, not Christmasy either.

Bottled. Clear brownish amber, minimal head. Buttery vegetable aroma. Sweetish and caramelly with syntetic syrupy mouthfeel. Cloyting and clumsy with ecident notes of alcohol and light harsh resiny bitterness. Sadly this is as good as beers from Vestfyen ever gets.
