Willemoes Ale is a full-bodied top-fermented beer with a pleasant malty character. Willemoes Ale is brewed with pilsner malt and the very best hop. The delicate blend of brown sugar and liquorice achieves a perfectly balanced sweet and rich flavour.

Mild malziger, leicht herber Antrunk. Etwas gummiartiger Abgang, eher langweilig, trocken, unpassend säuerlich. 12/8/7/5/11/6

Bottle. A clear, copper-colored beer with a small, creamy beige head. A bit too fruity on the nose, sweetish, with some roasted malts and cellar. Sweet, spiced flavor, anise maybe, it’s quite weal, and roasted malts. Some bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body. A decent beer, but not very interesting. Seems it doesn’t know where it wanna go, and ends up going in all directions. (090327)

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep amber with a huge light brown head. Sweet and slight spiced aroma, has a slight note of honey. Flavour is malty, again with honey like sweetness but not overly so. Simple ale brew.
