(Bottle 60 cl) First batch. Pours a slightly hazy pinkish with a nice, vaguely pink head. Lightly rustic and discreetly tart aroma with a whiff of Brett. Fairly light-bodied - I never would’ve guessed 6% ABV. Discreet and very dry, fruity accents. Some berries - not quite sure which - raspberries perhaps? A weak sourness in the finish. Quite unusual - this beer mostly reminds me of a Belgian Frambozen lambic. But not bad at all - and severely underrated. 090806

A clear red beer with a huge pinkish head. The aroma is dusty combined with notes of cowberries. The flavor is sweet with a slight acidic edge from the cowberries, which makes it quite refreshing, but also a bit tart and dry in the end. And the body is thin inspite of the 6% ABV. As is Niels Buchwalds intention, I think this would do well as an aperitif, though the lack of body might be a set back. I’ve sampled a small quantity on an earlier occasion, where stearin was present in both aroma and flavor, so maybe one or more batches has been infected, but the one I rate here has no flaws.

Curious tart medicinal berry aroma. Hazy pink, quickly dissolving head. Herbal and berry notes overshadowed by chlorine/desinfectant notes. lightbodied, sparkly. Beklager Niels, men der er et eller andet der er gået galt her...

Draught. Oof, the aroma is nasty. Bad, warm plastic stench. Dark red colour, no head. I do not mind fruit beers, but this one is FOUL! Plastic/medicine flavour with some strange, awful bitterness. If there ever was a drain pour, this is it.

Special color, head diminishing. A bitter beer with a bad taste and smell of medicine!

Bottle. Well either you like this beer or you dont. I dont. It has a cloudy red colour and the head is alomost not there. There a some good things in the aroma, but also lots of hints of bad berries. It tastes of bad medicine, but maybe there a some that really likes this.

Bottled. Wine red, pink head. Aroma of lemon and red currant. Dryish and lemonade-like with some acidity and soapy mouthfeel. Pointless lingondricka.
