Fantastic, crisp amber session bitter whose rich character belies the low abv. Light on the palate and kind to the head, it delivers delicate fruitiness from Cascade balanced with biscuity maltiness. Firefly has a clean and citrusy finish, late hopped with Saaz.

Cask at the Caley Picture House. Pours clear golden with a thin short-lived white head. Aromas of toffee and caramel. Taste is sweet, watery strawberry notes and more toffee. Not my thing.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - amber with a nice head. Nose - light strawberry and biscuit. Taste - jammy dodgers again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - solid but unexciting.

Cask at the Prince Of Wales, Twickenham - 30/09/12. Clear copper with a thin white head which soon clears. A nose with little promise comprising some caramel malt tones and muted hops. Taste follows, bland, a little toffee and fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation - dull !

Cask at The Cleveland Arms, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, frothy head. A bit of lightly tangy citrus fruit on the nose with hints of straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with some tangerine, lemon, pale malts, mild white sugar, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish with faintly toasted hay and pale malts, some tangy citrus, subtle doughy bread, faint spicy grass impressions. Basic but enjoyable stuff.

On tap somewhere - maybe Market Porter. Pretty standard bitter that is notable only for being not that bitter! Bland.
