Brewed since 1998 Golden Pig is our signature ale, achieving a silver award at the prestigious Champion Beer of Britain 2011. Golden Pig has a beautiful balance of Marris Otter and Crystal malt with a Challenger hop.
A warm golden ale packed full of flavour with a slightly sweet smooth after taste.

26th September 2008. Light palate but full bodied ale. A dry finish but the body makes this very drinkable.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, huge creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, grainy, grassy and caramelly. Flavour is quite the same along with some spices added. A wellbalanced and quite refreshing brew.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 2007. Copper/gold with lasting beige head. Earthy golden beer, some citrus hop on dryish finish. Some pukey malt on aroma. Fullish in mouth. Yeah, itโs fine.
