Forfriskende, frugtig og fuld af indbydende noter af kryddernelliker og en anelse banan. Svane Hvede er vores egen fortolkning af den klassiske, bayerske weissbier-tradition. Anbefales som tørstslukker til hverdag og fest.

Med den milde og gode smag er det en øl, der kan nydes året rundt. Især når du vil kæle for det gode frokostbord eller omfavne det danske køkken. Den skænkes køleskabskold i hvedeølsglas. Ryst den sidste sjat inden opskænkning, og nyd resultatet.

Keg at Lord Nelson Bar, Copenhagen. Sampled May 2017. Pours cloudy orange with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma: wheat, orange, yeast, hints of cloves. Taste: wheat, yeast, sweet, ripe banana. Medium body with fluffy carbonation.

Bottle shared with IH and KH at Poa Kichizi bryggeri 13.01.19. Cloudy dark straw colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma of Curacao orange peel, wheat and coriander. Cloying taste of the same.

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 13/05/2018 at «Skaal», Copenhagen. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is wheat, bread, some coriander and some banana. Taste is sweet malts, wheat, banana and spices. Slightly over-sweet finish. Next one please!!

0,5 l bottle. Simple but nice label. Unclear pale orange, very small head. Banana, clove and yeast on the nose. Taste is more sweet orange fruity. Little bit dry yeast and wheat. Not very crisp, more watery finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (16/07/2015) - yellow golden pour with white head. Sweet malty and wheaty aroma and taste, citrus lemony, some doughy yeasts, grassy hop nuance, banana, some spices (clove) into the finish.

Hazy golden, small white head. Sweetish wheat aroma. Decent hefe-flavour: light banana and hints of yeast. A little thin though.

Appearance: Cloudy pale golden color with a big white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, banana and yeast.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to rich carbonation.
Taste: Banana, fruity, wheat and yeast.
Overall impression: Lovely fresh weisse.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish yellow with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, hops and banana. Sweetish, estery and bananalike flavour, with not very pleasant bitter, hoppy and metallic notes. Estery and grainy finish. Acceptable.

Gul uklar med høyt hvitt skum. Hveteøl..... greit det er hvetelukt. Smaker også hvete..bombe....litt mer søtsmak enn normalt på andre hveteøl jeg har smakt.
