500 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma is fruity yeast, banana and citrus. Flavor refreshing, fruity, banana, citrus and a bit sweet. A bit watery and thin body prevent this beer for being harmonic. Otherwise, quite quaffable and standard, relatively typical south German style wheat beer.

Bottle. Unclear, golden-orange body, with a nice but diminishing, white head. The fruity aroma has a note of vomit in the background. It is quite fruity in the mouth as well, but fortunately lacking the vomit note. A bit dusty feeling in the mouth, and medium to thin body. I think it lacks all the good things a hefeweizen should have, banana, citrus and coriander. There are some tropical fruityness, but it doesn’t pin the style. (071031)

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours light orange with a diminishing head. Aroma of wheat and slight citric. Flavour is wheat, soft citric note blending in lifting the wheat up from the otherwise cloying hefeweizen flavour.

Re-rate from bottle: Cloudy yellow, fine carbonation nice creamy white head. Banana, vanilla and clove notes. More dominant in the flavor, stays on the sweet side - candied apples. Chewy mouthfeel creamy sparkliness. Pleasant dessert-weissbier. Old rating: 10/23/2006 5 3 6 2 9 Cloudy yellow, lowish head. Light minerally yeast, a bit banana. Light body. Papery minerally exit.

Hazy very unclear orange with white head. Aroma and taste of sweet malts (wheat) Surpsrisingly little carbonation. Some citrus in between. Too much sweetness. Tasted twice! Not impressed!
