Unpasteurized, unfiltered and with the traditional way of fermenting inside the bottle, Delphi beer is an artisanal, Mediterranean type Pilsner. On the contrary with the traditional Pilsners, Delphi is characterized by a rich head, an intense and at the same time balanced aromatic character and a discretely bitter aftertaste. Designed and brewed to be an ideal proposal to accompany the Mediterranean cuisine.

Bottle, 75cl. A gusher, producing a dense, big off-white head. It’s mostly on the hoppy side in the aroma, Generic ctrus, orange and a malty touch. The flavor has a nice bitterness, with orange peel, some grapefruit and pine cones. Some malts in the back. A nice bitterness too. Medium to full body and a bit high carbonation. Lasting citrusy finish. Quite nice this one, not world class, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 150228

Bottle at 33 Adrianu - Athens. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a lasting, frothy white head. Light pale bread on the nose, some lemon meringue, cereals. Light sweet flavor with faint lemon rind bitterness, crispy cereal, staw. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Pretty crisp on the finish, some further crisp cereal, biscuits, hay and lemon rind. Pretty decent, refreshing.
