Can at home, courtesy of the MONYO crew. Pours a semi opaque ruby with no head. Nose is sour cherry, currant notes, and pretty apparent thyme, interesting combo and I dig it. Could be more intense tho. Taste is also cherry and blackcurrant with that spicy touch and maaaaaybe a hint of mint in the finish. It’s surprisingly not sour, at least it’s not even close to what I anticipitated. It’s tart at best, with a jammy fruity and salty finish. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not bad at all, the fruit-spice combination is actually pretty nice but it’s somehow not intense enough, the notes come through in a tad too held-back way.
