A smooth, indulgent IPA from STF and Up Front, brewed with 50% wheat, generously dry hopped and fermented with two yeast strains. Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Nectaron hops build layers of tropical fruit with just a touch of dankness over a smooth, juicy base.

Co-pitching ‘Nectar’ yeast strain Metschnikowia reukaufii alongside the Saturated strain from WHC adds a further layer of complexity, amplifying the sweet, exotic flavours. Brewed alongside our pals and fellow Glasgow brewers Up Front Brewing.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy amber body with an off-white head that holds well. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green banana and chalky wheat. Flavour of apricot, orange pith and a lemony finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A tasty beer - wheaty and lemony.

Can from Appellation Wines (also tried at Paisley Beer Festival).
Appearance - murky yellow with a big foamy white head.
Nose - oh, dank, pineapple, peach, candied citrus, green grape and very lightly grassy.
Taste - green grape, greengage and kiwi up front, dank again with something more stone or citrus fruit at the back.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and elegantly, dry linger.
Overall - lovely stuff!
