A collaborative effort brewed with the great people Yakima Chief Hops, our primary hop supplier. This beer is brimming with Citra® Hop character. We used YCH Trial 702 which is a late stage whirlpool extract product as well as CO2 extract in the kettle, we then dry hopped with select lots of T90, Citra Cryo™ pellets and Citra American Noble™ hop pellets. This beer is delightfully soft on the pallet with flavors and aromas of peach, lychee, citrus fruits and excellent hop "green" character but without the harshness or bitterness.
