In this strange account of the eternal battle between good and evil, the valiant knight is our hero, destined to deliver us from the dragon’s firey breath that is our thirst. Our bold and flavourful Guardian IPA – hazy and thirst-quenching, with a super-juicy and citrusy dry-hopped character – will make the slaying of any dragon most enjoyable.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, citrus hops and a crisp crackery malt backing. Flavour is bitter but in a tasteful way, with lots of citrus hops, Belgian yeast and crackery malt. Quite astringent, but again in a palatable way. Well-balanced and packs a good punch. Very good hybrid.

Draught at the brewery; 12 oz
Murky blond color. Pleasant citrusy beer with strong spicy character; the lemon peel is delicate in the aroma, more evident in the flavor; as often happens to this kind of beers, the final blends lemony bitterness with the yeast and is not too enjoyable.
Good beer, but coriander and Belgian yeast in an IPA are a contaminating factor, and here they are too evident.
