Draught @ Ossegg, Prague. Pours slightly yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay, light bitter citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, hay, little citrus, lemonpeel. Medium body, average carbonation, lasting bitter finish. 210419

Draught (@Ossegg Prague): Yellowish-golden, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized and slightly lacy loose white head; mild to moderste grassy, fruity-yeasty and papery-malty nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, fizzy, not that soft; quite short sweet-bitter yeasty-malty finish. Not many bohemian qualities detectable here. Tastes more like a ordinaty german Zwickel, that is brewed outside of Franconia…
