Our West coast IPA, Cousin Shannon has been given the over the top hop treatment and is an excellent display of punchy hop aromatics and balanced malt character.
Pilsner and 2 row malts are topped off with a touch of Vienna and flaked oats for a crisp but full mouthfeel and body.
We then blended even more Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops to create a killer combo of fruit punch, kaffir lime, star fruit, and hints of peach rings.
