At the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Ruby red / caramel coloured pour , hazed with a rocky cream colored head. Aroma is caramel and strawberry fruits, belgian yeast and toffee. Flavour is nice caramel ad toffee malts, with some strawberry jam, unrefined sugars. Some lingering burnt toffee and fruit in the finish, Palate is semi-sweet and rounded with high carbonation.
