Tap at the Polk station brewery tap. Light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is peppercorn, hibiscus, spicy peppercorn, woody, floral. Flavour is spicy floral, pot pourri. Peppercorn, some raspberry. Red fruit. Palate is semi sweet, moderate frothy, light tannin. Interesting beer.
