Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark amber color with a medium sized foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart and fruity with a sourish hard candy presence. The flavor was tangy, tart and astringent with sour candy, vague citrus and a bit of salt. Long salt and sour candy finish. Medium body. Interesting.
