Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a large creamy brown head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was dryish and roasty with a bit of smoke and bacon. The flavor was bitter, dryish, woody and smoky. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.
