Bottleshare at CBJ, thanks to Dan for the bottle. Clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Soft rich chocolate malts, caramel and toffee and tons of marshmallow offset by some fruit bourbon muscle. Nice. Offsets the sweetness with other good aspects.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Daniel osprey. A thick, jet black oily coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is oily, darky roast, liquorice, caramel, brown sugars marzipan, alcohol on the nose. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oily, marzipan, brown sugars, cakey, spicy, maple, brown sugars. Palate is lush. Slick. Mellow carbonation. Lovely.

Nose is chocolate, cinnamon, mellow barrel, liquorice.
Taste comprises chocolate, toffee fudge, dark malts, molasses, coconut shavings, mellow bourbon.
Full bodied, oily viscous feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Tidy pastry kit.
