DIPA... A Kon Tiki, Shadoogie Shindigger of a DIPA dripping with dankness and echoing with a reverberated fresh, twangy bitterness. No Apache but lashings Of Citra, Amarillo and Centennial Cryo to Shazam, Tango and Bossa Roo you! Snap, Crackle and How’s Your Dad!!

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, green, oily, stewed orange, peach, apricot, candied fruits and weedy. The taste is dry, bitter, green, weedy, dank, spring onions, ripe stone fruits, mango, pine dust, kick of booze, resin and a touch of powder with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Green and chuggable. Decent.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Fairly smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Spicy hops, back tongue tingling! Spicy citrus peel. Spicy pine. Light dry finish. Spicy linger. I've drunk a fair few DIPAs tonight and none of them have really inspired. Unfortunately, this is no exception, decent nontheless.

Can at home from Cotteridge Wines, 10th February 19. Pours a hazy beast of a dark straw coloured beer. Aroma is aromatic and citrus. Taste showcases the Centinnial to start with, aromatic, citrus, pith, maybe some lime, it's quite boozy and there's some hop burn, a little raw, OK, but not their best example.

Can picked up from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, consumed at home Sunday 10th February 2019 listening to Idles - Brutalism whilst cooking French Onion and Beef Pie with Gruyère Crust. Pours hazy gold with a white head, soft carbonation. Wow this is a hoppy beasty, hoppy burps aplenty. Juicy, dank and bitterness. Some heat from hops and abv, great beer.
