Bottle split with the Wingman at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Vibrant cherry red cloaked in a light haze and topped with a healthy crimson cap. Nose is smoked straw, raspberry skins, fruit stones, funk, light acidic nostril twinge, pissoi. Taste comprises tarte raspberries, grass, funk, hay bale, light wood, moderate acidity, berry skins, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced fruit laden acidity. World class Lambic … nothing else to add!
