Coconut StoutWine. A hybrid of a beer, Incantate is a barleywine with a handful of roasted specialty malts found in stouts. Brewed to a gigantic starting gravity with thousands of pounds of malt and boiled for over 4 hours. Fermented slowly with a blend of yeasts, then conditioned on both raw and hand-toasted coconut. Black in color, thick-bodied, creamy, sweet, roasty, with flavors of dried fruit, chocolate milk, and lots of coconut.

Short pour at the brewery. Pours black, with small, foamy, tan head. The nose is creme de cocoa, toasted coconut, maple syrup, and toffee. Very sweet and syrupy, with no bitterness or balance. Heavy, syrupy, and bit malty, and slick. Decadent and syrupy (in case you didn't catch it earlier). Quite tasty.

On tap at Pinocchio’s in Media, PA. Number one with a bullet. Jet black pour. Small tan ring. Aroma of roasted malt, oak, coconut. Flavor is rich and boozy. Huge notes of bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut and treacle. Thick and chewy. This is a real heavyweight brew! Like eating an Almond Joy bar while sipping a fine bourbon. Outstanding!
