Bottle shared@M&F 4th Birthday, Copenhagen (18/03/2017) - orange to amber pour with small white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour fruity, with lots of grape, light barnyard and funk, light grass and floral nuances, straw, hay, white wine soaked finish

Pour shared by a generous person at koelschip. Thanks Andrew! Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aromas of peach, citrus, light macaroons, sweet vinous notes, oak. Taste is sweet vinous, oaky, citrussy, dries out a lot, some saisony estery notes, lemony, bready, dries out completely.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Vanilla in the vinous aroma. Grapes, lemon and oak. Modertaely sour flavor with citrus, oak and chardonnay grapes. Complex beer.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Light unclear golden color with white head that quickly disappears. Hazy orange with the yeast in. Yeasty aroma, light funky, quite spicy, pepper, light wood and vinous. Sweet and light acidic taste. Almost medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle at MCBT. Bokkereyder Ghost lambic 2015 Chardonnay Cloudy orange gold with a mildly fragrant nose and a medium body that finishes bone dry. Very tart and almost chalky with oak and Chardonnay notes. Good ghost stuff, smooth. And I guess since it has ghost in the name it could be a Halloween lambic? 3.9

slightly hazy golden color with good tartness of stewed mandarin oranges, muscat grapes oak and cherries. Light body. Modest tartness very rounded.
