0,05l from tap at MBCC blue session shared with / by the crew. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells spices, some funk, peppery, grassy, lightly citric. nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, citric, peppery, some funk, rather dry (from the barrel), some grapes. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, citrus and some wood notes. very nice one. 8, 4, 8, 3, 16

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Blue Session. Sehr trübes dunkel goldgelbes Bier. Geruch nach Trauben, leicht holzig, säuerlich. Geschmack ist trocken säuerlich, holzig, Trauben, nice.

Bottle shared@M&F 4th Birthday, Copenhagen (18/03/2017) - orange to amber pour with small white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour fruity, with lots of grape, light barnyard and funk, light grass and floral nuances, straw, hay, white wine soaked wooden accents in the finish.dry tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small whit head. Aroma is wineous, earthy and mouldy. Mild sour, fruity, wineous. Mellow. Lingering fruity and smooth. Mild peachy to citrusy. Dry bretty and wineous. Mellow and fruity far finish.

ABV: (?)%. Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, funk, barrel, wine - white wine, wood, peppery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, oak, farmyard, dry, saison yeast, peppery, vinious - wine - white wine. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20190615]

very hazy orange, 1 finger head, smells of egg, peaches and lemons. bright and juicy orange peel, cheese and leather. remarkable finish with wine tannins, oak, lemon, wow.

Pours unclear blonde , small wire head.smell is funk, Wood, some wine, but not very clear. Taste is full malty. White grapes, some barrel dryness. Not bad at all.

Note based rating. Hope to improve on it in the future:Bottle @ Akkurat. Hazy golden pour with a small offwhite head. Subtle and slightly weird nose with grapes, celery salt and funk. Balanced sour, tiny salty and tiny bitter. Light wood. Bouyant and very refreshing. Nose definitely improves with decantation leaving a deliciously complex sour and funky saison.
