Dankworth is back, this time with CASHMERE. Dankworth is our double IPA that pays homage to the original hazy DIPAs from back East. Slightly less wheat than typical for us, no oats, present bitterness, dry, but still full-bodied, and crushable. Simply put, the hops are meant to shine in a pure form on this one, without overly fruity yeast character and that thicker body getting in the way. Dankworth w/ Cashmere utilizes American Pils Malt & Malted White Wheat. Dry-hopped with 3lbs/bbl of Cashmere. Initial aromas of pineapple-coconut-banana cocktail. Drinks smooth and happy. Some light pine resin and lots of tropical fullness. What a treat.

Can from Ermanos. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and dank onion with a touch of pine and tropical fruit underlying. Flavor has dank onion throughout with growing pine, light tropical fruit and a hint of citrus in the finish.

Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Cloudy straw-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of resiny hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Good IPA overall.
