Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Aroma of yeast, peach and malt. Light body with flavors of funky yeast, peach, biscuit malt and slight hops. The finish is funky peaches and yeast. Good beer overall.
