Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Slightly hazy yellow-gold pour with a thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of peppery yeast, citrus and doughy malt. The finish is fruity and spicy with a peppercorn and citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.
