Danke an minutemat. Grober Schaum wie bei Spülmittel. Stark hopfiger, blumig würziger Beginn mit leicht metallernem Touch. Dicht hopfiger Mittelteil, moderate Herbe, knackig bitter, insgesamt aber ausgewogen. Mittellanger, brotig hopfiger Nachhall. 7/9/11/11/12/11

Can from Tesco Supermarket, Borehamwood. Cloudy yellow with a head. Fairly juicy effort although not a huge amount of fruitiness, but there's certainly some citrus notes there amongst what is a pleasant tasting hoppiness.

Can from Tesco, at home 17th May 19. Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma is aromatic, citrus, sherbert, malt. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, pine needles, quite a bite to it. Bitter pithy finish, great one, and up there with the best supermarket IPAs

440ml can. Poured a murky light brown colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, tropical fruits, passion fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a light, crisp, super fresh, zesty citrus fruits, light pepper spice, long dry hop finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Superb and much better than expected. A classic example of the style. Great value for money too and one of the few beers I’d happily buy a case of.

Can picked up Tesco, Danestone. It pours hazy orangey with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, juicy, bright orangey fruits, apricot, mango, persimmon, fresh pine, light Irn Bru and a nip of orange sherbet. The taste is dry, some bitterness there (not a given nowadays!), a bit danky, piney action, green, weed, floral, pithy, zesty, citrus rind and ripe stone fruit with a bitter piney finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty solid stuff. Some bitter pine keeps the tropical fruit in check. Fun stuff. Nice work.
