Sample at the production facility during Jackie O’s 12th Anniversary Extravaganza on 01/06/2018. This beer is a slightly hazy straw color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of brett yeast, citrus, oak and biscuit malt. The finish is funky with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
