Six different malts provide a nice balance to the bittering from 100% Centennial hops. This malty IPA is more herbaceous in the nose, with flavors of pine and resin, and a dry finish.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear amber-orange color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, fruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
