Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, vinous, bugs, brett, oak, lemon, dust. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, vinous. Light body.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with bubbles on top. Lots of barrel. White Wine. Vinous. Slight notes of peach. Good funk. Dry finish.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour. The aroma is yeasty, buttery oaky Chardonnay. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth, yeasty, vinous, light warm boozy palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has funk and white wine barrel with a bit of light tartness underlying. Flavor has dry white wine with light tart fruits and a bit of grains underlying.
