Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Hazy bright golden with small white head. Aroma is esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and thicksone small bubble lacing. Taste is esters, soft grains, a little clove, little citrus, and hints of banana. Pretty nice and quite easy to drink.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was faintly sour and grainy. The flavor was faintly sour and grainy. Medium length finish. Light body. Pretty bad.

2 oz draft sample at the Tater Tots & Beer Fest. Cloudy pale yellow color with a big white head. Not bad. The wheat taste is not too strong and has a nice lemon background flavor.

Bottle. Lemon, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head - looks great. Minimally sweet lemon, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body on the light side. A basic, non-offensive wheat ale.

11.2 ounce bottle from Total Wine Brookfield. Hazy orange, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, a biscuity note, dry citrus. The taste is dry, biscuity wheat, dry, lemony citrus. A bit of yeastiness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Decent.

Bottle from Bertโs Slightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized long lived bubbly white head. Clove and faint banana with a hint of spice on the nose. Light bready spicy malt flavor with earthy lightly spicy clove flavor. Fairly dry finish with a lingering sweet bready clove Not a bad beer, but probably not something Iโd seek out again.

Bottle: Pours hazy yellow-gold with a tall, sudsy white head. Banana, clove, wheat aroma. A bit of spice, wheat malt, banana flavour. Fairly pleasant....although it comes across as more of a Hefe/Wheat/ Wit hybrid than to the listing as a wheat ale....overall, pretty tasty and enjoyable.

Bottle from Centra, Mohill [120317]
Blonde, hazy, frothy white head
Aroma is soft spicy, hint of clove, light sweet fruits
Taste is soft spicy, soft yeast, wheat, light clove, soft sweet pale malt - itโs a soft tasting hefeweizen
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, soft sweet. Finish as main flavour, soft spicy, soft sweet linger
Overall - Easy drinking Hefe - I quite like this - out of the various offerings in the Brewers Project this is one of the better ones

Bottle that Iโm glad did not come from old latrobe. Unfiltered, gently pours rather pale and hazy. Smell is metallic. Good carbonation, rather on style. Little bit of metallic flavors behind this good example of a cross between a heffy and wheat ale. Some bannana and old school bazooka bubble gum in the finsh. Ends on an up beat.
