Cask at the Euston tap. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a speckled white head. Aroma is hay, mild butter, hedgerow hop grassy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pale grains, dirty straw,. Mellow lingering grassy citrus bitterness,. Harsh back of the throat bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate cask condition.,. Lingering green hop matter.,
