Can, courtesy of Dann and Martha. Moderate to full haze on a deep orange. Dense swirl of white. Nose has a bit of dank and sweaty. Nicely piny and fresh. Background sweet citrus. Super clean malts. Taste has some initial malt sweetness, with a good bosh of pine resin bitterness. Dead easy drinking with fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Great stuff. A bit “west coast”.

Can at home from LHG online, supped at home, 15/01/21. Wasn't this one of their early core offerings ? Always one I'd looked at in the past and just presumed I'd rated it ... anyhow this weeks order from LHG webshop was a good excuse to finally nail it! Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent white cap that hangs out with you for a while. Nose is grapefruit zest, cantaloupe melon, soft malts, grass, trace of pine, papaya. Taste comprises orange peel, a definite oated bite, melon, soft malts, light pine dusting, bitter sweet tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Solid on point IPA ... juicy but balanced in this repect ... it slips down super easy.
