La Tonkinoise is a beer of character, with a strong personality that can not leave you indifferent, like the landscapes of northern Vietnam. A true concentrate of flavors, this amber beer with a strong robe is a beer that invites you to travel and draws its strength from a structured full body and subtle aromas. La Tonkinoise blithely displays 7.3 degrees of alcohol, a power well contained and superbly balanced by wealth, bitterness and a greedy side without excess.

The Smell is both refined and complex. On the first nose, aromas of candied fruits, orange peel and cinnamon are immediately expressed, supported by spicy notes such as ginger and white pepper. When the beer slightly gets warm, its nose evolves towards notes of caramel, resinous wood and a toasted side really appears.

The taste of this amber beer reveals a discreet mouth attack and immediately presents complex aromas on the palate, with a dominant of roasted aromas. We then recognize notes of toast, cedar but also roasted chestnut. In the final note, it is the tamarind that expresses itself clearly and that brings a slightly acid side to the roundness of the beer. At the end of the mouth, there is a persistence of aromas of wood and vanilla blond tobacco, and a bitterness that is fine but persistent. This beer has a remarkable taste length. The texture, both dry and creamy, makes la Tonkinoise deliciously balanced.
