A brand new style created in San Diego using a special process to create an extra dry beer. Pours crystal blond. Knockout fruit cocktail aromas of tropical fruit, blackcurrant and muscat. Bone dry but not thin. Hints of grapefruit and spice. Balanced bitterness gives way to a long finish.

On tap at Heart of Darkness - Singapore, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice champagne yeast character upfront, with dank hops, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is dank, with lots of pot-like hops, and just enough presence from the brut yeast - bone dry, yet remains dank. Good stuff.

Draft at Standing Bar, Hanoi. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light fruity hops and a little malt. Flavour is above light sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, smooth buttery yeast, light tropical fruit, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp, malt, fruity, super dry, light spicy palate and a lingering bitter sweet finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
