(Draft at L'Ermitage Saint-Gilles, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Hazy golden amber colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with apricots, peaches and citrus. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of apricots, peaches and citrus. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Refreshing, fruity and tart. Nice one.

Can from Geers.
A: hazy ochre, small, foamy, white head.
A: overripe apricot & nectarine, sour cream, ayran, lime.
T: sour apricot & nectarine, ayran-like lactic acid, some lemon & lime.
F: tart stone fruit pit, lemon, soft lactic acid.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Bit of a one-trick pony but does it well.

Aus der Dose (bbe 01.12.2025) im 2025-04 getrunken. Dieses Sour das mit frischen Aprikosen gebraut wurde erinnert an den einen feinsäuerlich Stil einer Gose. Ein schönes Sommerbier!

Hazy apricot coloured with small head. Fresh cut juicy apricots en masse. Nerly nothing els to detect for good and bad. More fruity then candy style apricots on the good side. Lactosour, a little salty and nice in the spring sun.
